Monedela uses the information you submit through our enquiry form to understand your request and respond to you.

Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, enquiry message, submission time and the technical anti-spam result needed to protect the form.

How we use and store it

Your enquiry is processed through Cloudflare and stored in Monedela’s private Supabase system. Access is limited to authorised Monedela staff. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and your choices

We review enquiries and retain them only while they remain useful for responding, follow-up or legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry by emailing hello@monedela.co.uk.
